Sharpless 2-171 - Emission nebula Sharpless 2–171 lies in the northern constellation Cepheus the King near that constellation’s border with Cassiopeia. Also known as NGC 7822 and Cederblad 214, this star-forming region lies some 3,000 light-years away.
